Timothy Chan (Orchestra Member-at-Large) has been a violinist with LADSO since 2018. Hailing from Michigan, he had the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of musical ensembles, including the Detroit Metropolitan Youth Symphony, Northville High School Band Program, and the Michigan Youth Arts Festival Honors Orchestra, Band, and Jazz Band. Timothy earned a BS and MS both in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan where he was a violinist in the Campus Symphony Orchestra and mellophonist in the Michigan Marching Band.
